This fee covers essential asbestos testing to ensure your safety during the project. If asbestos or other hazardous materials are found, removal and abatement costs will vary based on the extent of the issue. We'll provide a detailed estimate for this work as needed. Your safety is our priority.

Solar is required on any new detached construction. The required output is based on the size of the structure and costs will vary.
Utilities: Ranging $7000 - $50,000
A new electric meter and tapping into existing water and sewer is included in pricing above. Creating separate water meters require a special type of license and can include tearing up streets, additional permits, soils testing, traffic control and more. Fees can range from $7,000 to over $50,000 depending on the scope of the project. Bids are available upon request.
